Rooms for Rent

My husband and I have two rooms available in our home. Shared bathroom. Located in the gated community cypress reserve close to the loop. (ish) minutes from disney and from universal. One person per room.

Currently residing in the house is myself, my husband, and one other woman. We have birds. Caged/tank pets are ok but nothing else.

Rent is $ pluse deposit of $ to move in). Deposit is refundable upon move out as long as there is no damage to property or breakage of lease. Lease is a minimum 7 months and self extends month to month after. Rent includes water, electric, wifi. Parking on driveway. Shared areas are kitchen, living room, game room, and pool area. Must have a clean background.
