Room with a shared bathroom

Description

My husband and I are looking for an additional tenant for our home. We have a private bedroom available with a shared bathroom for one other tenant. The rent is $ per month, and there is a refundable deposit of $. This price includes all utilities: electricity, water, internet, security system, pest control, trash, and recycling services.

We prefer a -month lease. If you wish to move out before the end of the lease agreement, please let us know at least one month in advance.

Please note that we have three bunnies in a designated playpen/loft area, and we have a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property. The house is located in Puyallup - South Hill, Washington.

The room is available for viewing starting March , and it comes furnished with a full-sized bed, mattress, nightstand, and dresser.
