Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to move in on June 1st. I have a room available at The Ivy in a . Sadly, my roommate of 2 years has to move out of state, so the room will be available for our next renewal on June 1. The room available has a private bathroom and is a walk-in closet) as well as access to the balcony and a great sunset view.

- Monthly rent is $ with a parking spot ($ without parking)
- Utilities and internet split monthly
- Building has various amenities including fully equipped Gym, spa, sauna, steam room, business center, 2 pools, jacuzzi, entertainment room.
- Convenient location walking distance to Brickell City Center.

About me: I’m a year old professional, but hey I’m fun 🙂 I do have a very active life (sports), like to enjoy good food, enjoy going out, but never bring the party home.
