Room(s) or Full Unit for Rent- Early Spring.

Me and my roommate have a bath unit available, which can be rented as: a private room for one individual, two rooms for two individuals, or the entire unit for one person or a pair. We are looking to have it rented starting March th, with possible early move in.

Conveniently located mins from A&M, 2 mins from a Walmart and several food options.
Rent is $ per room + utilities (usually $ per room). WiFi included.
Available move in on March th. March rent and utilities will be paid for. The current lease will end July th but you can renew with the landlord

Hardwood floors throughout.
Modern appliances, including an electric glass-top stove, dishwasher,and washer and dryer. Spacious and clean rooms each with their own private bath.
