• In-unit washer and dryer ( downstairs It's not included because you can use a to add funds as needed, and then use it for laundry)
• All utilities included – heat, hot water, electricity and gas

About Me:

Hi! I’m a years old female who is, clean, and friendly. I love cooking and eating delicious, healthy foods, working out, and learning new things! Usually on Sundays I have a “reset” day where I meal prep, and deep clean for the next week. I’m naturally quiet at first, but I open up once I feel comfortable. I’d prefer to have a roommate I can hang out and be friends with, but I also fully respect personal space and am happy to live separately while maintaining a comfortable and peaceful home environment.
