Not a light sleeper... it's a
multi-unit building, and if a few noises wont let you sleep, this might not be a good fit for you... honestly, never had an issue in the 8+ years I've lived here, but then again I'm NOT a light sleeper.

RESPECTFUL / MATURE / GOOD COMMON SENSE
A GOOD COMMUNICATOR
On the clean side regarding the common areas... we do not leave dirty dishes out, or puddles by the bathroom or kitchen sink. Everyone is responsible and chips time and effort into the upkeep of our home.

No smokers
No drugs
No heavy drinkers
No Drama
Prefer no more pets, but if it's a good fit will consider. Dogs under twenty lbs only. There would be additional pet rent and deposit.
