About You: I’m looking for a responsible, friendly roommate (of any gender identity or orientation) who has stable income, good credit, and can reliably pay rent and utilities on time each month. Ideal candidates are pet-free but comfortable living with a medium-large dog. You’ll also need to meet the landlord’s requirements in the rental application process.
