Looking for a studio or 1 bedroom

Looking for a studio or 1 bedroom, possibly just a room with roommates! I would be looking to move in February/possibly March. I broke my leg in October so I’m kind of starting over with a job and apartment. My dad is willing to help with any down payment or security deposit as well as the first month or two of rent.
