My name is Dr. Brent Jenogan, and i am looking for a roommate for my new house in Arvada.

I have 2 story home: bath, with a HUGE backyard, and a 2 car garage, located near nd/Carr, and near Indian Tree Golf Course. 3 blocks from Mountain View Park and only 5 minutes from Olde Town Arvada.

I currently am occupying the upstairs, but the ENTIRE downstairs is available for rent.

This includes:
- 1 bedroom
- 1 full bath
- Your OWN Livingroom space
- Your own fridge and kitchenette ( no cooking surfaces)
- Lots of natural Lighting
- Washer and Dryer
- 2 Car Garage
- Backyard

I do have 2 dogs, and would be open to another pup.

About me: I am a yr old Doctor of Chiropractic and own my own practice in RiNo. I am a former Marine, with some years overseas in special operations. I love to mountain bike, camp, hike, snowboard, backcountry, gravel bike, triathlons, marathons, rock climb, and really anything outdoors. I eat pretty healthy, not a big drinker or partier anymore, and have no kids.

looking for someone that is outdoorsy, fun, easy to get along with, loves dogs, and wants to be social when their battery can handle it.

Rent is $/mo + Utilities (Roughly $/mo

An $ Deposit would be needed, as well as, the first month rent would be expected upon time of move-in. (Pro-rated)
