Female Roommate Wanted (SCP)

About the Place:
Looking for a female roommate. No couples, no kids, no pets. The room I’m renting is furnished with a queen-sized bed (has storage shelves and drawers), a small computer desk, and a smart TV. You would be using the second bathroom in the hallway which is also the Guest Bathroom. I would be charging you rent, plus half of the (FPL) light bill, water bill, and internet.

The place features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a backyard, and a BBQ grill. The house is in San Carlos Park, close to FGCU, Three Oaks Park, Coconut Point, GCTC, Miromar Outlets, RSW airport, and twenty minutes from Bonita Beach.

About Me:
I work as an Instructional Technologist. I’m friendly, tidy, a clean freak, and I enjoy socializing but also appreciate personal space. My hobbies include riding my motorcycle, pickleball, hiking with my dogs, kayaking, photography, hunting with friends, and binge-watching shows on the couch with my dogs. Besides having a full-time job, I also volunteer as a foster mom for a local dog rescue. I have foster pup.

What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a female roommate who is responsible, clean, honest, respectful, and loves dogs—ideally, someone in their twenties, thirties, or forties and with similar interests.
