Seeking a Room in Valley w/ 2 ESA

Description

I'm looking for a room to rent (preferably long term) or a roommate to start a new lease with me starting around the beginning of January. I tend to keep my spaces neat and organized. I'm a quiet person who works the night shift. I have two registered emotional support animals; a small dog (twelve years old, sixteen lbs, poodle-mix, teeth, a sweet boy looking for cuddles and naps) and a cat (three years old, short hair, very cuddly and social). While they don't count as pets for housing purposes, I totally respect that some people don't want to live with animals. Finding a roommate who doesn't mind (and hopefully enjoys) animals is my biggest priority. Looking in North Hollywood, Los Feliz, Burbank, Studio City, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, or adjacent areas.

• designated parking spot
