We have a very nice large room for rent in the sooke town centre 2 minute walk to town centre 2 blocks from Mc Donald's and shopping mall and the bus stop is very close by, washer dryer, BBQ, balcony ,front and back yards, fire pit, fire table on the balcony ... room has ,high speed wifi and shaw blue curve pvr with channels netflix and prime video Disney+,a Big screen led tv ,apartment size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster oven dresser large double bed,linens everything needed is included with the room...there is nice bbq you can use our large yard large balcony ,fire pit,and a fire table on the balcony shared. kitchen and shared bathroom shared washer dryers dish washer the room is very nice with new mattress carpet and it is fully furnished .. rent is a month + damage deposit and includes power and heat high speed wifi .pvr we are looking for a mature working adult or\semi retired person no parties no heavy drinking .. this room is for 1person only. and we would prefer a long term person ,this is a safe quiet very clean well kept home and my wife takes great care of us and keeps the house very clean and beautiful we do have a 9 year old ....there is a beautiful front yard with many flowers and a fountain seats for relaxing a large back yard for fires and apple tree..if you like gardening we have a lot of that a month plus damage deposit..here..please stat your age, occupation ,status , and a little about your self thank you.. call or at available now ..
