Looking for a roommate for my bathroom apartment in Burbank! It’s super spacious, awesome location (right across the street from grocery store, gym, starbucks), private patio, the complex only has 4 units and the neighbors are super chill. The price listed would just be your portion of the rent. The laundry is just behind our unit, super convenient. Comes with a parking spot right next to the unit and there is always parking space right outside! Hit me up for more info if interested!
