- Travelling for short term work, subleasing my current room for that period (Jan to end of April).
- Room is furnished as shown in pictures (Bed, Standing Desk, Ergonomic Chair, TV, JBL Sound bar, Nest Speaker, Lights controlled by Home, Ample closet space, Long Mirror).
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room (there's table tennis in the living room).
- It's a 3bhk apartment. Two other university students (male) occupy the other rooms respectively.
- Underground parking available (with a surcharge).
- Utilities ~ /month
- Gym available in building.
