This is an upscale property, gated with full access to the kitchen, living area, pool, gym, theater, game room and so much more. We are on Southside, close to St. Johns Mall, Durbin Park, about miles from St. Augustine. Free parking. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser, work space, large flat screen TV, washer/dryer in unit. I am a gym rat and business orientated. The condo is drama free, no kids, but I do have two cats. No smoking nor vaping on the compound, nor in the condo of any kind. Be yourself, not judgmental here.
