Hey! This is Sam and I recently moved to the USA (Newcastle, DE). I am a Creative artist and a social worker from Uganda. My budget would be around $8
for housing.
Apart from the fact that I am super into arts and culture, you should know that I am especially hygiene conscious. Cleaning is a part of my routine and I would expect to see a decluttered bathroom and kitchen every morning.
I also love working out as part of my routine. I am quite a homebody and I love spending time in my shell, writing, or watching something on Netflix in my free time. I would prefer to have a room of my own. You won’t see me going out a lot after work unless there is a stunning production in the theatre. As such, I would also expect a roommate who doesn’t throw parties with too many guests. No issues with smoking or drinking but am not a big fun of dogs even tho I don’t mind them!
