Hi! I’m Jazmin, and I’m . I have a cat and I love having my family and other people over! I work at Disney full time, am creative, love shopping, and enjoy other fun activities! I attend and am looking to get more involved in my church community - Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando, FL. I am looking for a roommate who will take care of this house as if it were their own! This beautiful 3 bedroom / bathroom house is located in Clermont, FL and is a brand new build! All major appliances (Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Oven, Microwave) are included, and the common areas are furnished. I really like decorating and I hope it feels like home to all who come over! The bathroom will not be private, as it connects to a small loft upstairs, but there is a private closet. There is a community center with a pool and workout area that is currently under construction, but is something to look forward to soon! Rent is without utilities. Trash and parking are included. Non smokers please. I also prefer a female roommate. I am open to living with pet owners, especially if your pet is sweet and gets along well with other animals! If you are responsible and take care of the things and people around you, we’ll get along great! 😊 Let me know if you’d like to set up a tour! 1 year lease required.
