Hi! My name is Mariah, and I’m renting out a spacious room in a large three-bedroom apartment near Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. The apartment features an in-unit washer/dryer, excellent natural light, and convenient transportation links. We’re located on the top floor of a building with an elevator in the lobby.

The available room is the largest in the apartment, with two sizable closets. It can easily accommodate a queen bed, desk, couch, table, and other furniture. The lease begins on December /month (excluding utilities and internet), with a one-month security deposit and a $ application fee required by the management company.

Transportation options are fantastic: the B, D, and st St Yankee Stadium stop) are less than a -minute walk away, as well as the Metro-North station. We’re also right by an exit onto the Major Deegan Expressway.

The apartment includes a working washer/dryer, and we have access to the building’s rooftop, which offers stunning views of the NYC skyline.

I welcome everyone—regardless of race, gender, or LGBTQ+ identity—and have experience living with both male and female roommates. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and willing to contribute to general upkeep. While I value cleanliness, I don’t expect everything to be spotless all the time.
