Bright double room in Bankside

Hey everyone, we hope you’re very well :) The room offered is a double room, has a queen size bed. Bright with 2 windows, landing space with 2 large wardrobes. We have a nice sunny garden perfect for summer.
Behind Borough Market but very quiet. A short 2 min walk from The River Thames and Tate Modern. 5 mins from London Bridge Stations-Underground and National Rail(Zone 1) Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Strong wifi with all bills included. We are not party people. Not a swish city pad but very comfy, homely and warm. We are super chill but we do like to have a good laugh, have good conversations and socialise but respect each other’s space and quiet time. We would love to share our home with someone similar. Its a safe and friendly area to live in and there’s always something to do or go. We also have a downstairs toilet so no queues for the bathroom :)

We have a well behaved yr old cat that loves a stroke (just not his head), so our next flatmate will need to love cats.

Our new flat mate needs to be not only tidy, but clean, considerate, honest, respectful and just kind.
