This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house, with a current tenant living on the first floor. It has a full bath, living room, kitchen, washer dryer and two good sized bedrooms (one of which I am staying in). Water is included, everything else (gas, electric, internet) is the tenant’s responsibility. Landlord takes care of outdoor necessities such as snow shoveling. The area is safe and walkable, with public transit close by. No central air but there are plenty of windows for AC units. Apartment is furnished except for the room for rent
