The house is located off of H street, which includes 2 grocery stores within walking distance, a CVS pharmacy, and is a hotspot for DC nightlife. Both Union Station and NoMa-Galluadet U metro stops are within walking distance. Union Market is a minute walk from the house and includes restaurants, bars, and live music. The house itself includes stainless steel appliances, a brand new washer/dryer unit, gas stove, dishwasher, shared living room, deep back yard, gorgeous front porch, and street parking.
