Hello! Looking for someone to take my room in our lovely little apartment in LES/Chinatown.

The Room: 1 bedroom with three large windows (tons of light!). There is space for a queen sized bed, dresser, desk and small clothing rack. Includes window AC unit. View overlooks Nine Orchard Hotel and Canal/Orchard streets. Note, there is no closet, but I installed a pole on one of the windows that I’m happy to leave behind.

The Apartment:
Includes kitchen/dining area, living room, and bathroom. You would be living with my current roommate, who is a graphic designer and has the sweetest cat, Pelican 🥹✨!

Earliest Move-In: 12/01/2023 but flexible
Rent: $1850
Deposit: $1850, or 1 months rent
Utilities: $50-70 depending on season (split)
