ISO room in the twin cities

Description

I'm a nonbinary person moving from out of state and looking for a room to rent in either St Paul or Minneapolis. Must be LGBTQ and cat friendly! I have two cat ESAs (so pet restrictions/deposits/fees generally don't apply). No dogs or birds please, plants must be out of a cat's reach, other cats are okay but I'd rather not the total cat count to exceed four. I'd prefer a furnished room but unfurnished is fine. I'd also prefer a private bathroom. My maximum budget is a thousand a month. No smoking please. I have chronic migraines so occasionally I need silence and minimal lighting, but I will try not to let it interfere with other housemates' lives beyond requesting low noise levels sometimes.
