Hi everyone,

I am looking for one girl roommate to sub lease my room for our house for this spring semester. The house is on Greek Row at a perfect location from campus and other fun activities around WSU. The house comes with a washer/dryer, a parking lot, and is furnished in the living room and in the bedroom with a full size mattress, a carpet, and storage cubby. There is a front and back porch with an outdoor seating area. All the roommates are girls and the rent is $ a month. I will be moving out December and the rest of that months rent is free.
