Looking for a place in SF/East Bay

Hi there - My name is Wren Marlowe. I currently live on th Ave at Judah in the Sunset District (San Francisco), and I really hate to leave it, but now l'm trapped in a formerly peaceful home with a non-. manipulative, bullying housemate that our master tenant has been unable to evict, and l'm trying to find another great place. Let me say right off that I do have 2 cats, so I don't know if that's a deal breaker. If not: I am (though I don't read that way), nonbinary, pretty quiet. I'm a grad student but work from home, and plan to certify as and become a teacher (preferably from upper middle grades to college students). I usually go to bed around . I am respectful, responsible, diligent about keeping shared spaces clean, and have a great rental history. I am a good communicator and always handle conflict (if there is any) with compassion and an underlying belief that everyone is working with goodwill to maintain a peaceful home environment. Happy to tell you more and talk about anything if you're open to it. I'd love to hear more about your place and the  neighborhood.
