Hi there! looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my lease starting December st. It is a beautiful 3 story townhouse. There are 3 other girls that live on the top third floor and the room I am renting out is on the first floor so it is very private. With your OWN personal bathroom! All the of the girls work as well as go out of town pretty often so its rare we all ever see each other! The bedroomis a good size. My bed in there is a king so you can reference the photos and gage! Also a big closet!
