Looking for Private Room

Clean IT female professional is looking for a clean and organized female roommate. Being a nerd or gamer is a plus :) No smoking/vaping/drugs of any kind. About the building: In Brentwood, Los Angeles. Very walkable neighborhood. Whole Foods and Cafe luxxe only 1 minute walk away. Gated entry. Street parking. Close to and UCLA/Westwood area. About the apartment: Large shared room with a separate shared walk-in closet and bathroom with a bidet. Faux fireplace. Kitchen is separate from living space as well. Large bright windows with sunshine all day. All utilities included.Completely furnished (cooking/plates/cups/etc as well) except bed. However, will be getting a queen sized bunk bed if okay with bunking. Or you can fit a twin to full comfortably in room and add privacy screens if preferred. Living bedroom space not pictured, waiting on bunk bed delivery. Happy to video chat to show space. Looking for a like-minded roomie.
