January move in, female only

Description

Hey guys, I am looking to sublease my at Villa Capri on West Pensacola st from January-July . The rent is $/month not including utilities. After utilities it is typically ~$ total. I am moving out mid December so if you would like to move in a little before January that would also work (at no charge until January 1st). It also comes furnished (not including mattress). There is 1 female tenant and a very friendly cat that already live here too. Please DM me if you have more questions. :)
