I’m looking for a roommate to move into a basement bedroom in a townhome. $/month plus half of WiFi and utilities. 5 mins from Old Colorado City and mins from downtown. Shared kitchen, living area, office/studio, and laundry (already furnished). The room has a private bath and a sliding glass walkout to a partially-fenced, shared yard. Garage or off-street parking. Pet-friendly (assuming all animals get along, as there are already 2 cats in the home). Move-in ready. I am a pretty quiet, low-key person who spends a lot of their free time working on art. Whoever moves in must be LGBTQ+-friendly.
