Private room/private bath for rent

Description

Private bedroom (approximately ') and bath in my home available for rent. The room is currently furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The furniture can be used, if needed, or moved if not. I'm a single female, and I have 2 dogs. Driveway or street parking, fenced backyard, high speed internet, hot tub included. Can add professional housekeeping services twice a month for an additional charge. Will consider an additional dog, but no cats. -friendly household, but cigarette smokers would need to go outside. Very clean home/common areas. I work from home, so I'm here every week day during the day. Must be able to pass a background check and provide 3 references. Must have proof of income.
