Bedroom has 2 windows & lots of natural sunlight with a TV mount that can be installed if requested. The bathroom is share but has dual sinks & adequate storage space. The house is 2 years old in a new neighborhood with brand new full function appliances including a laundry room. Living room & kitchen are fully furnished. There is plenty of kitchen & pantry space available. The neighborhood is gated & very quiet with a community pool. Within walking distance to Mad Duck, Starbucks & Clovis Community College. There is a couple in the master bedroom & one female in the other bedroom but open to any gender. Just looking for someone clean to respect the living space.
