Roommate Needed for December

Description

The room that I have available is the biggest bedroom in the apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor, so there’s only 3 steps. Rent is $ a month, not including gas, electric, and WiFi. The landlords rules are no pets and no smoking. There are cameras outside to ensure that all tenants follow those rules. There’s only 4 parking spaces on property and they’re currently all occupied. If you have a vehicle, it would have to be parked on the street or in the public parking lot behind Eli Cannon’s. I’m only looking for $ upon moving in, $ for rent and $ for utilities, which should cover for the month of December.
