Private room, utilities included in rent. Only one person can live here. No pets. No visitors. I stay here & I don’t have guests over so it’s a fair deal. Located in the heart of Hollywood. By the Hollywood strip walk of fame and attractions. I’m twenty years old. I’m a single mom. I have a year old son that sleepover on the weekends. Would like to have a roommate who wouldn’t mind babysitting him in case of an emergency. If I have to have a hospital visit because I’m chronically ill. Would like a roommate that can cook.
