You will have a Casita with your own PRIVATE entrance that is separate from the main house. You will have control over your own air conditioning and heating system that is separate from the main house. The Casita will come FURNISHED and has only been lived in for less than 2 years. All furniture, mattress, appliances, window coverings and wood floor are less than two years new. It will come with everything you see in the pictures except for the bedding. Main house’s kitchen and laundry machines are not accessible. The Casita is secured behind a private gate where you can relax in a courtyard. If you want privacy this is the place for you. Parking is convenient in front of the house. $ per month for rent plus $ for all utilities, trash, and Wifi.

The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Portola Springs in Irvine where you will have access to a network of private parks and pools. It is only about mile from the community park where you will find pickleball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields and tennis courts. The street and landscaping of the neighborhood makes people feel like they are on vacation every day. Streets are wide, clean and not congested. Lots of trees and open space. Short walk to the immediate park next to us where you can find a resort style pool, jacuzzi, bbq, basketball court, tennis courts, and more. Next to many biking trails. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to Crean Lutheran High School (private).

Only minutes away from nearby hiking trails. Centrally located with about mintue drive to John Wayne Airport, minutes to Laguna Beach and minutes to Newport Beach. Close to Irvine Spectrum Center and the 5 freeway.

Looking for someone that is clean, quiet and respectful. Absolutely NO smoking, drugs or heavy drinkers! Must be agreeable to criminal background check and credit check.
