House details -
Dedicated parking space and washing machine, kitchen with plenty of freezer space, living room that I don't use a lot so essentially free for lodgers to use, and a shared study area. 2 bathrooms available for lodgers, with bath/shower (you share this with the other lodger as I have an ensuite) 3 min walk to Gwent hospital, about mins walk to supermarket.

Who you are sharing with-
Myself,,work full time in sales - I live on the top floor and you'll normally only catch me coming to get a coffee or cooking dinner and I can be pretty elusive. Other lodger is and works in finance. Just looking for someone who can happily coexist with us as young professionals building up our careers.

Not looking for couples or students due to previous bad experiences. Would consider a cat or small pet owner for an increased deposit.

Available now, month by month contract (I ask for days notice for move out), but ideally I'm looking for people who want to stay for a year at least.
