2 rooms available in remodeled home

Description

I have 2 rooms available for $ each in my recently remodeled home in downtown Arlington. Each room is ’ and have a closet. The renters will share a bathroom across the hall. All utilities included (gas, electricity, water, internet, satellite/cable/tv apps, alarm system, yard maintenance, etc). Large open kitchen and dining area. Large living room. The house has all new appliances including washer & dryer. Off street parking for 2 cars (one is covered) and plenty of on street parking. Also on bus line. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. I prefer 1 person to rent both rooms and I will discount the 2 rooms a total of $ in this situation (you can use one as storage, office, tv/sitting room, etc). If a parent & child would like to rent both rooms, I will discount the total by $. NO PETS. Feel free to ask me questions.
