Location: The apartment is located in the peaceful VA area, just a short walk from grocery stores and bus stops. The bus right outside goes directly to the Ballston Metro Station, making it perfect for those without a car. If you do have a car, there’s free, unrestricted parking near the park in front of the building.


Apartment Details:

• Kitchen: Large, modern kitchen with a full-sized fridge, oven with stove, and a 4-person dining table. Plenty of storage with cabinets and shelves.

• Bedroom: Spacious enough for two people, with two large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. It includes a desk, small closet, and a larger closet for extra storage. The room comfortably fits a queen-sized bed (I’ll leave my clean mattress and bed frame that I’ve used since February).

• Bathroom: Features a shower and includes a one-person washer inside an unused sauna room.

• Living Area: Bright and quiet with views of the park, so you’ll get natural sunlight without any noise or disruptions from neighbors.

Neighborhood: This location is fantastic for nature lovers – there’s a park right outside the apartment. Plus, you’re within a 5-minute walk to grocery stores, and it’s easy to get around even if you don’t have a car.
