I rent out the Master bedroom in my apartment which has it's own bathroom and a walk in closet. (No couples sorry) Brand new carpeting a month ago! We will share the 2nd bathroom with a tub & shower. You have the cabinet space in the kitchen too. It's a 2nd floor apartment and a very relaxed atmosphere and a great location near Granada Bridge. Only 1 mile from the beach. Unfortunately, no pets allowed and I prefer a female roommate but I am open. In addition to the rent of $ we split the cost of electric bill. There is a laundry facility on and a nice pool and also a dock on the river with amazing views for residents. Location is a big plus! You will have to fill out an application with the office it's a $ app fee and also pass a background check. You would be added on as a roommate not to the lease. I'm flexible with short and long term lease options. No pets sorry!
