We are located in Pico-Union, a neighborhood between Koreatown and Downtown Los Angeles. Laundromats, shops, restaurants are all within a block away. Grocery store within a couple of blocks. Walkable to downtown LA Live, close to USC, and freeways.

Our tenants are currently all men in their s with diverse backgrounds. We are looking for someone who prefers a safe, clean, and quiet environment. No smoking of any kind and no overnight guests.
