The living room is big and beautiful. It's currently setup up for self-tapes. I'm open to moving that into my room but if you're an actor this is ideal. I own a Blackmagic 4k and some lights so it's kind of ideal for another actor. Not a must but you have a setup here for it. Parking is a separate fee on the rent bill. Currently set up for tandem but we can reduce that to one if you don't drive or two single spots for more freedom. There are options.
