City Park townhome with 1 roommate

I have a cool spot in City Park. I am moving in with my fiance and my longterm roommate is taking over the lease. Its a 2 BR townhouse with a cute little backyard near the park. Large kitchen, washer/dryer , unfinished basement and small 1 car garage for storage. Main floor is largely already furnished. Plenty of street parking, very convenient location.
