I have a super spacious and private room in a lovely house on the property.
Rent is all included !! Only thing else is power which is usually super cheap and split between the household.
Valet trash service and super small walk to the pool.
Very safe and comfortable location and located super close to UNCW if that is something you are interested in.
I lived in this house with some super sweet girls and the household was amazing.
Extremely clean and comfy.
I have already moved to live w my sister, so the space is available. I’m looking for someone to move sooner rather than later!
