If you party, drink, smoke anything... then my place is most definitely not for you. Rent includes use of kitchen, living room, laundry room (includes laundry detergent), flat screen television in bedroom, streaming service, wifi, off street parking space for 1 car. Overnight guests & pets are never allowed. The bedroom is very recently renovated with fresh paint, new trim, doors & ceiling fan. The bedroom is furnished with a bed & dressers. A new hardwood floor was installed less than 2 years ago. ABILITY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER ROOMMATES IS A MUST. You MUST be responsible for cleaning up after yourself.
