Looking for a room

I am a year old man that doesn’t drink or smoke looking to move between now and the end of November. I am looking for a private room or even an apartment that is under $ per month after all rent, utilities, and expenses. I am looking for something longer term like + months but I am also good with something shorter term under months to get a job and go from there. I am looking for a room to stay in somewhere between the North Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas, within 5 miles of the beach preferred. I never throw parties and always keep all of my space very clean. I prefer a quiet dwelling with little to no noise in a nice neighborhood that can be walked around without feeling unsafe. I do have a propane grill I’d bring over and happily share. I am willing to socialize a bit or keep to myself also depending on the situation. I work as a server and will soon start personal training. I have no pets and have no problems with pets as long as there is little/no smell. I am easy going and respectful to all people as long as I am treated with respect and tact also. My hobbies include playing many sports, going to the beach, exercising, reading, and traveling.
