The house is ft², in a beautiful neighborhood (one of the safest in the country), down the street from a golf course, and there's a free community pool.

The roommates are young working professionals. Don't mind if you drink or smoke but would just ask that you don't smoke in the house.

At it's maximum the house will hold people.

The security deposit will be x rent depending on credit and pets
