Looking for someone to re-lease my sweet little 1br in Cap Hill beginning November 1. Lease can be either or twelve months.
Located on the second floor of a historic building (not handicap accessible, sorry!) walking distance to great nightlife, restaurants, parks, grocery stores. Laundry in the basement, common area patio in the rear. Street parking only, but never too hard to find a spot. Garbage and recycling in alley. Pets are allowed. I am happy to include any/all furnishings if desired. Utilities are a flat $e
a month, include water, garbage, heat, sewer. Electricity is thru Xcel and is paid separately, usually comes in around $thirty a month for me. Window AC. No internet currently set up. Please reach out with some information about your timeline, I’d be happy to assist an earlier move in date at a prorate. We can arrange a viewing and if it’s a good fit I will put you in contact with my property manager who will send you a rental application. It’s a quick and easy process, was twenty four hr turn around for me when I did it.
