Looking for a rental

Hi,
I'm Oscar Colombo, I'm years old and I'm Italian.
On December 6th I'm moving to Vancouver to work in the restaurant industry and I plan to stay for about 1 year.
I'm looking for a room with shared or non-shared bathroom in Vancouver with a price ranging from CAD with utilities and wifi possibly included.
I'm calm, tidy, clean and the type of person who has no problem communicating with other people.
My hobbies are basketball and a passion for wine.
My native language is Italian but I also speak English at an intermediate level and Spanish quite fluently because I was born in the Dominican Republic.
