Close to the bus stop and walkable distance to banks. Ten min to mesa, seventeen to chandler, min drive to ASU, seventeen min to scottsdale, fifteen to phoenix.

The apartment complex has no crime in the area, a gated community, with a pool & jacuzzi, and a gym and dog parks. The surrounding area has plenty of stores and markets and convenient stores all within walking and driving distance.

I'm open to a joint lease.
