You will be living with my mother-the landlady in her early s and another female Asian roommate in her s. My mother is an immigrant from China and has been living in New Jersey for + years. She understands conversational English pretty well and works at a nail salon full-time. We are only looking for a quiet female Asian roommate or an international student from China or any other Asian countries due to my mother's language and cultural barrier and her limited-English proficiency. No pets allowed. No parties/overnight guests allowed. You can cook, but you must keep the kitchen and common space area clean.
