Hey there, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate by the end of October! You'll have a bedroom with lock, inside a home that has a spacious living room, open kitchen and laundry room. Living room TV has Hulu/HBO/Amazon set up. There's also a big backyard so if you're interested in setting up a garden, we're here to support you! My friend and I are very much into nerdy culture such as video games and anime. We also enjoy cooking/baking and encourage you to join us! If you'd rather have your own space however, then let us know and we'll accommodate. We greatly appreciate communication! Rent is $
a month but utilities fluctuate. These utilities are water/electric/internet. Sorry! We won't be able to accept any pets. This household will have two small dogs and two cats. The dogs are mostly kept inside their owner's room (me)
but the cats have free range of the space. If interested, please message me! We'd like to meet with you in person to answer any questions and get to know our future roommate.
